Refund policy
We are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with our product.
If you need to exchange an item due to sizing issues, we are happy to assist you. However, please note that we do not offer refunds except for defective products.
To exchange an item for sizing, the product must be in new, unused condition, with the original packaging and tags intact, and no odours. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for the cost of the product. Shipping is not refunded.
The customer is responsible, so insuring packages is highly recommended. Tears Of Valerie will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail.
Once the product is received at our warehouse we will email you to complete the exchange process.
